What this covers

  • Demo and haul-away of damaged materials
  • Framing repair or replacement
  • Drywall, insulation, and finish work
  • Paint and trim to match existing
  • Documentation for insurance (photos, scope, invoices)

Damage is rarely just what you see. We find where the water actually came from and where it actually went. Then we fix both — the visible surface and the structure behind it.

Remodeling

Remodeling — Kitchen, Bath & Interior

Full-room remodels and interior rework — with a real schedule and a real finish date.

What this covers

  • Kitchen remodels — cabinets, counters, tile, layout changes
  • Bathroom remodels — tubs, showers, vanities, tile, ventilation
  • Interior renovations — flooring, trim, paint, doors, built-ins
  • Basement finishes and conversions
  • Layout changes — non-load-bearing wall removal, openings

What's included

  • Written scope with materials list and timeline
  • Demo, disposal, and site protection
  • Framing, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, and finish work
  • Coordination with licensed electrical and plumbing subs when needed
  • Daily clean-up and final detail pass

We don't start what we can't finish in a reasonable window. Before work begins you'll have a schedule showing what happens each week.

Exterior

Decks & Exterior Work

New decks, rebuilds, and exterior repairs that need to hold up to real weather.

What this covers

  • New deck builds — pressure-treated, cedar, or composite
  • Deck rebuilds on existing footings or full tear-downs
  • Railings, stairs, and privacy walls
  • Rotted ledger board and joist replacement
  • Siding patches, exterior trim, and soffit repair
  • Exterior door replacement and reframing

What's included

  • Structural check of footings and ledger before building on top
  • Permitting when required
  • Proper flashing, fasteners, and joist hardware
  • Finish carpentry — railings, fascia, stair detail
  • Cleanup and haul-away

A deck is a structural thing pretending to be a furniture thing. We build it like what it is — flashed properly, anchored properly, with hardware sized for the load.

  • Door repair, adjustment, and replacement
  • Trim, baseboards, and crown molding
  • Small leak follow-up repairs after a plumber

  • Shelving, built-ins, closet rework
  • Punch-list items before a sale or move-in

What's included

  • Same-week scheduling when possible
  • Fair hourly or flat pricing — whichever makes more sense
  • No minimum charge for small fixes
  • One visit in most cases — we come ready to work

If it's an hour's work or a day's work, we treat it like real work.
